PetPals Poole & Bournemouth

We have used PetPals in Bournemouth and Poole since 2004. Angie and Tony took it over a few years later, and it has gone from strength to strength. We completely trust them to look after our cats, and we always know they are in safe hands while we are away. They provide regular photos and updates via WhatsApp to put minds at ease. They go above and beyond standard cat sitting duties, putting our milk in the fridge, bringing in parcels, etc.

Jo of Petpals Salisbury was brilliant.

The magnificent Jo of Petpals Salisbury was Before we took care of our cat, she came out to greet us. He provided us with images and updates so we could see how he was doing. When Jo walked in, she was genuinely pleased to not just feed but also play with our cat. She was also highly organised, making certain she was aware of the whereabouts of food, litter, a cat carrier, etc., as well as the name of the veterinarian. I wouldn't think twice about utilising or recommending Jo again.

Maxine Neal of Cardiff has joined Petpals.

Maxine Neal of PetPals Cardiff has now assisted me in three crises, going the saddest additional distance in my life. Maxine came this time really early to assist with getting my pet Rottweiler to the vet. We both assisted in lifting him into Maxine's van, and just for that, Maxine deserves recognition. Despite the fact that it could have been in the cards, he had not intended to take his own life today. Maxine travelled a great distance, from Cardiff, for a trip that few people would have thought to do at the beginning of their weekend off. The star is Maxine. Given his medical condition, she made a tremendous difference in making my dog's final two hours the best I could have asked for. Maxine, thank you so much for prioritising my really adorable puppy, as you have done twice before. You and he are both irreplaceable.

Amazing customer service from PetPals

Pet Pals provided excellent service by visiting our home to take care of our tortoise while we were away. Not only did they feed our cat, but they also took the trash cans up and watered a few of our houseplants—the little touches alone would get them a rating of 6, if there were such a thing. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond exceeded our expectations, making us feel at ease knowing our pets and home were in good hands. We highly recommend PetPals for their exceptional customer service.
